Responsibilities
Handle guest check-in and check-out during the night shift.
Perform daily night audit and ensure all hotel transactions are accurate.
Check and reconcile Front Office, F&B, and other hotel transactions.
Verify room charges, payments, and guest accounts.
Prepare daily revenue and night audit reports.
Check and correct discrepancies in the hotel system.
Monitor overnight hotel operations and handle guest requests or complaints.
Coordinate with relevant departments regarding operational issues.
Ensure all reports and documents are completed accurately before the end of the shift.
Follow hotel SOP, security, and night audit procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D1/D2/D3) in Hospitality or related field.
Previous experience as FDA, Night Auditor, or Front Office is preferred.
Able to operate VHP (Visual Hotel Program) or similar hotel systems.
Good understanding of Front Office transactions and basic accounting.
Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and accurate in handling financial transactions.
Good communication and English skills.
Able to work independently during night shifts.
Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
