Pollux Meisterstadt Batam is seeking a customer-focused and dynamic Tenant Relations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are met and fostering positive relationships to create a seamless living and business experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between tenants and management.
• Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow-ups to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance.
• Organize and oversee tenant engagement activities and events.
• Manage tenant communication regarding building updates, maintenance, and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve tenant experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tenant relations, customer service, or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflict effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
