Requirements

  • Minimum SMK/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or property management.

  • Understand basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.

  • Able to perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

  • Willing to work in shifts and be assigned to Pollux Chadstone Residences, Cikarang.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.

  • Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

  • Monitor the operational condition of utilities and common-area facilities.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and tenant complaints promptly.

  • Record maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and technical issues.

  • Report equipment failures and major technical issues to the Chief Engineering or Engineering Supervisor.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and operational standards.
