Pollux Mall Batam is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential legal support, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle legal matters related to our operations and property management.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Provide legal advice to management and departments on operational matters.
• Handle disputes, negotiations, and litigation cases in collaboration with external counsel.
• Maintain accurate records of legal files and documents.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the property and retail sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.).
• Proven experience as a Legal Executive or similar role, preferably in property management or retail.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in Indonesia is a plus.
