We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and alert Security Guard to join our team at Louis Kienne Cikarang Hotel & Service Apartment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.
Conduct regular security patrols throughout the hotel premises, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and public spaces.
Monitor CCTV systems and identify suspicious activities or potential security risks.
Control and monitor the access of guests, visitors, employees, and vendors in accordance with hotel procedures.
Ensure that hotel security procedures and safety regulations are properly implemented.
Respond promptly to emergencies, security incidents, and safety concerns.
Assist guests and visitors professionally while maintaining security standards.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security violations to the supervisor.
Record daily security activities and prepare incident reports when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure hotel environment.
Assist in emergency evacuation procedures and other safety-related activities.
Perform other security-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Security, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, honest, and alert.
Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Able to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
A valid Gada Pratama certificate is an advantage.
Professional attitude and good customer service skills.
