We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller (Pollux Meisterstadt Batam, Pollux Chadstone Cikarang & Pollux Semarang) to manage and oversee all financial operations for our apartment property. In this key leadership role, you will drive financial planning, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making to enhance the financial health and sustainability of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor financial strategies to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits.
• Implement systems and processes to improve financial management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, preferably in apartment management or PPPSRS.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
