Job Description

• Identify and approach potential tenants and business prospects.
• Handle the leasing process from prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, to tenant onboarding.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding tenant requirements and leasing activities.
• Monitor tenant occupancy and leasing performance.
• Prepare leasing reports and related documentation.
• Support promotional and business development activities of the mall.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Leasing, Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Experience in property/mall leasing is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build strong business relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed at Pollux Mall Batam Center.
