We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Executive to support the leasing operations of our mall properties. This role will be responsible for tenant administration, leasing documentation, floor plan management, leasing proposals, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for leasing activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and update leasing documents, tenant records, and databases.
• Create and update floor plans, leasing layouts, and space plans using AutoCAD.
• Assist in preparing leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support tenant meetings, leasing negotiations, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
• Prepare periodic leasing reports and occupancy updates.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, property, mall management, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
