We are seeking a Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to manage the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accurate invoice verification, timely vendor payments, proper reconciliation, and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare and monitor vendor, supplier, and contractor payments.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation accurately.
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation and financial regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Property, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Familiar with Indonesian taxation, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
