Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or building maintenance, preferably in malls, apartments, or mixed-use properties.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building maintenance.
Knowledge of building safety standards, preventive maintenance, and applicable regulations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Oversee engineering operations and building maintenance across the mall and residential areas.
Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of MEP systems, utilities, and building facilities.
Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and fire protection requirements.
Monitor engineering budgets, utility consumption, and maintenance costs.
Lead the engineering team and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Handle technical issues, emergency situations, and major equipment breakdowns.
Ensure all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably across the superblock.
