Louis Kienne Cikarang is seeking a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and assigned public areas in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas according to hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Perform room making, bed making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.

• Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and other room supplies as required.

• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and readiness for guest occupancy.

• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any unusual situations to the supervisor.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and properly.

• Maintain a professional appearance and follow hotel grooming and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with the Front Office and Engineering teams to support smooth hotel operations.

• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

• Good attention to detail, discipline, and time management skills.

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.

• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Honest, responsible, proactive, and willing to work as part of a team.

• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
