Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience in property, real estate, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, PSAK, and internal controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong leadership skills.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, revenue, and operating expenses.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Implement internal controls and improve accounting procedures.
Lead and supervise the accounting team.
