Pollux Meisterstadt Batam is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional for our Accounting & Tax team. In this vital role, you will manage financial records, ensure tax compliance, and support accurate financial reporting to contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns (PPH, PPN, etc.).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as general ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and tax, preferably in property management or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
