Louise Kienne Hotel Cikarang is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Controller to oversee and manage all financial operations. In this critical leadership role, you will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and drive strategic initiatives to support the hotel\'s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial strategies and monitor expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits effectively.
• Implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
