We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Engineering (Pollux Meisterstadt Batam, Pollux Chadstone Cikarang & Pollux Semarang) to oversee and manage all technical and maintenance operations in our apartment property. As a key leader, you will ensure optimal building performance, exceptional maintenance standards, and implement innovative energy-saving solutions to enhance our residents\\\' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the engineering team to maintain the property in excellent condition.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineering or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
