Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience in apartment operations or property management is preferred.

• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee relations, and Indonesian labor regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.

• Handle employee administration, contracts, attendance, and payroll support.

• Manage BPJS and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

• Support HR operations in apartment management.
